Repair rotten floor boards, fix jamming door & check foundations

I have noticed a spongey area in the floor in the bathroom. It feels like there are no floor boards under the Lino. Also, the door into the bathroom has stopped opening smoothly because it is hitting the floor. There are no obvious issues with the hinges. I am looking for someone to come and see what’s going on, repair the floor and door and to check that the foundations are ok please.
