Small Jack and Pack re-levelling job

Prop and slowly jack (approx. 5mm) the two main beams supporting the front extension of the house at the junction end only. Pack the beam between the existing ribbon plate and re-secure. Install a new 150 x 50 ribbon plate across the room (approx. 6 m) against the existing ribbon plate and flush to the underside of the beams. Use M16 fixings at 400 cnrs. Note – as beams are propped they should also be back-propped in the lower garage level.
