Island bay - Replacement of piles in sub floor.

Replacement of timber piles in sub floor area. One of the builders report recommendations when we bought the property was to replace some timber piles. Looking for an indication of cost. Maybe further remediation work required on sub floor walls. Quote from report: The piles are untreated timber and have skew nails as fixings. Would recommend changing these piles for treated with extra fixings to hold them together.
