Bearer increase, replacement timber

Some of the bearers have large spans. The bearers may need to be increased in size to better support the load above. We require someone to come and check that this is necessary and quote for the job. In addition, there is a small amount of timber that requires replacement under the house as it is beginning to decay due to moisture.
