Repiling assessment and quote

We require a suitably qualified and licensed professional to assess the condition of the piles on a home we are looking to purchase and provide a quote for repairs/replacement. Any piling work required would need to be completed within a 5 month timeframe. Please also advise whether you are able to provide a quote for removing the silver paper and insulating the subfloor.
