We are planning a move of a californian bungalow to Oxford of approx 115m2 in Mid to late July 2018. We have spoken to council and they have confirmed that the soil on the section is consider good ground (it is within the central township) and it doesn't fall under any earthquake areas. House is very close to a square with a couple of features like bay window and porch that push the square out a metre or so. look to pop it on wooden piles. Site access is very good as it is on the street and also has a right of way on the eastern boundary. Site is dead flat. Looking to get a quote and an indication if the timing will work in with your schedule.
