I am looking for a concrete patio outside of the master bedroom door. The patio will need to support the weight of a filled spa. The dimensions are approximately 3.7m x 3.7m (approx. 13.69m²). The finish will be exposed aggregate. Access is from the road/driveway and will be through the gate, down the side of the house and around the back. The distance is approximately 30 meters. Concrete pad for dog run

Hi I'm looking at getting a concert pad laid for a dog run that extends off the back of existing garage, some leveling and removing of soil will need yo be done. Rough measurements 6.5 mtr wide by 1.5 meters out from garage. Wanting slight run off down so water drains away . Also wanting boxed in gravel that starts at end of concrete covers the same 6.5 meter width and comes out 1.5, all boxed in . So complete run is 6.5 by 3mtr half concrete half fine chip.

We have an urgent need for an experienced builder (LBP preferred) to level an area of our kitchen floor which has sagged due to inadequate support between concrete foundation and joists. It's not a big job, and work was organised with a builder previously but he has just had to cancel at short notice. The work must be completed next week, on Tuesday 20th and/or Wednesday 21st August to fit in with a kitchen installation. We'd obviously prefer somebody local to Rangiora for quick visit / quote...
