Job description
Approximately a 35m2 section of my house has dropped and needs to be ‘jacked and stacked’ or re-piled to get level again. I require a quote for the job and commencement asap please.

It was a 1.5 day job and Mark insisted on half payment up front which I couldn’t understand the logic behind as full payment was made the very next day.

It is our standard operating procedure that a deposit percentage of the quoted cost be made upon start with first time clients.
This ensures material cost and other overheads are covered as it is not safe practice to operate in cost arrears based on previous experiences.
I was glad to have got the work done in such a timely fashion, the expected job duration was 2-3 days, given I had a fully experienced worker assisting me with your job."
