Foundation Repair

The house we are trying to buy has had a basement storage area constructed under the house in the past without consent. When digging out the dirt from under the house they have undermined 2 x concrete piles, about 5m of the concrete foundation wall and the footer for the old fireplace (will be removing at some point). We need someone to come quote/assess what work will be required (approx price and what sort of tradesman required) to bring it back up to standard for council consent. House is a 1960s timber home on concrete piles and foundation walls approx 90m2 built on a mild slope. House does not appear to have moved or sunk at all due to this issue.
