Concerned about piles

Hi I recently got a property report done. The investigator noted that the piles were not imbedded into the concrete and no structural connections have been added. How concerning is the fact that the piles haven't been imbedded into the concrete? The house was built in the 1950s. Thanks,

Placement to 100mm depth, place in 4 x 6m lengths of 10mm red bar. Needing to be done this Thursday if possible ! ! ! 21st November. if this is not possible, Please advise on availability. Level and extend an existing concrete slab as foundation for kitset sleepout.

Looking for someone who is able to level and lay foundation bearers or concrete slab for our kitset sleepout. The existing concrete slab which used to have a shed on it is uneven and needs to be extended to the side into grass area (to edge of vege garden in photos). Boxing for concrete slab (3.5m x 4.5m shed)

Boxing needs to be done to pre-defined engineering spec including footings and reinforcing + rebate for roller door. No concrete pouring required (this has already been organised).
