Preparing site to install shipping container as tiny home

Preparing property to install two 40ft shipping containers as tiny home solution - support with necessary paperwork with Southland CC for consent process - creating concrete pillars for containers to rest on, similar to example here: --- / --- /stringio.jpg-5.png - necessary groundwork for power/water/communication connection from the property access point laid to the container location - about 38m distance - get the pipes and cables laid - subcontracting if necessary - and restore ground. - after containers have been placed, installing mains valve, power meter, fusebox - subcontracting if necessary. It is my first building project, advice is welcome. Location: 85 Cardigan Road, Wyndham Estimated project start: 2022.
