Replacement Piles (part-cottage)

Repiling on South side of a small cottage, approx 6 metres length? Further piling in kitchen area (probably three new piles in kitchen). Not keen to have the cottage 'levelled' as it would be too much movement I believe. Happy to keep it where it is, but stable. Can discuss though. Number of piles on South side to be determined by contractor and written quote sought. Must be completed to current building standards. Thks.

Plan/Consent and preparing site and laying the base for a double garage expected to be 7 x 8 metres. This is a relatively flat site. When prepared a kitset garage will be erected though this could be done by a separate firm if necessary.

REPILING OF COTTAGE - SELWYN

My cottage needs repiling and probably new floor boards throughout. I think its around 85sq mtres. This is becoming more urgent now and I would like to get this job done separately before the renovation work can start (plus winter is not that far away). Foundation Repair

My house has some cracking around the foundation on one side mainly, 2 corners & drain surround from the earthquakes. Should be a small job & I have more photos I can send. Cracking appears to only be on the surface not all the way through, except for the drain surround, but I need someone to look at it. Job is in Darfield so I am hopeing to get someone local or close by.
