Repiling a small house in Raetihi

I am after a quote for a small repiling job in Raetihi. House is approx 6m x 9m timber and weatherboard box that already needs repiling, re-cladding, re-lining and everything else. There is good access to the house, but poor clearance (approx 200 x 300mm) underneath. House is very old (circa 1915) and quite dilapidated. I may have to just knock it down, but would much rather repile and renovate. Looks like Totara piles, house has a lot of subsidence with some very sloping floors. There is a concrete section of flooring in the laundry which may or may not have sunk, and a large fireplace in one room, which looks like it may be at the original height, with the house sunk around it.... but it's hard to tell. I would be looking at getting this job done later this year, probably after ski season, if that works. But am reasonably flexible.
