Foundation/pile inspection of granny flat and costing to make right

Subsequent to building inspection recommendation to inspect and give professional advice on a guest cottage which is on a property we are viewing to possibly buy. Costing quote required if re piling and remedial work required with a view to doing the job should we be successful in getting property with a move in date of February 2021. Wanting inspection and quote asap. We did not fill in costing as entirely dependent on works required.
