Inspection of water damage at 42 Kestrel Heights. The entire structure under decking is waterlogged & starting to rot. Galvanised joist hangers have rusted away with joists subsiding. The boundary joist has been fixed tight against the exterior plaster walls, with a layer of DPC. This has prohibited any drainage, & water has travelled through to the flooring joists under the lounge area.
