Piling fix, two undermined piles

A recent builders report on our home flagged two "undermined" piles - we'd want someone to take a closer look at the issue and advise what needs to happen here, and quote for some options for a fix. The report recommended either replacing the piles or installing a small retaining wall, our preference is whatever is more affordable! We'd love to move quick on this if possible. Thank you!
