40 posts placed & concreted into pre-augered holes. I would like 40 posts placed & concreted into pre-augered holes. I will use these to build a series of retaining walls. All will be <1.5m so no LBP or inspection required for this work. Post holds are 350mm diameter, augered to depth of approx. 1.0m. Pea-gravel is available on-site to bed posts & reduce hole depth to ~0.9m. Sufficient 125mm x 125mm posts will be supplied, mostly of 1.5 - 1.8m length. I would like the posts to be either parallel or at right angles to the existing house – easy reference point. Augered holes are very close to this already. You will supply the concrete. Please include the cost of this in your quote. I am okay with adjusting cost to reflect actual amount used. Site access is easy and relatively flat, with space for concrete mixer / wheel barrow to all post holes. Holes are up to 40m from available parking (i.e. some are at rear of section). Can you please advise availability when making contact – I am looking for a combination of competency, availability & price.
