Fix Exterior Concrete Stud

186 sqm house on 2.7m stud. During the Nov 2016 earthquake, a uniform crack around 4 elevations of the property was inflicted on the exterior of the stud. I am looking for a foundation specialist (with relevant qualifications) to review, cost & provide a solution to reinstate.
