The foundations of the front room which juts out from the rest of the house, have sunken from flooding from a blocked storm-water drain. The drainage problem has since been fixed, however it has caused damage. The external cladding has a crack along the stress line and there is a gap between the floor boards and the skirting in region of about 0.5 to 1cm. The room requires jacking up and pits will need to be excavated under the foundation edge of the house and the foundation jacked up evenly then house piles need to be packed. Unsure if the cladding will need to be removed first. In line with --- /.
