We are lifting a bach at Aotea beach (near Kawhia) to build a garage underneath. Project requires bach to be lifted 1metre, new piles to the rear of the bach, a concrete slab, to be poured and a block wall to be constructed. Have detailed plans for anyone who would like to quote on this project. Resource consent has been issued, building consent should be through around mid December. Project to start early 2014. Must be licenced building practioner for this work.
