Piling Villa

Just bought a 1920s kauri villa in Devonport needing some piling attention. Work needs to be done first week of May before we move in. Also would like a quote this Thursday 12.30-1pm 2nd April if possible - have arranged access for a painter at same time. Builder inspected villa and overall pretty good condition. Has estimated 85-90 piles under 140 sq/m villa with 3 small areas which floor is sagging and one patch of soft wood outside bathroom floor needing boards replacing. Would like a 2 part quote - option for just remediating bad areas and a second option to replace all piling. Second option full re-pile we would want to strengthen to support a pop top future extension.
