Foundation Repair - steel post replacement

we are looking for someone to repair an existing steel column below the floor of our house which is corroded over time. Please refer to the attached images. Scope for discussion / to be agreed - Remove the existing column under the house. - New 90 x 90 SHS steel column, corrosion protection suitable for seaspray zone - New concrete footings, concrete to comply with the sea spray zone - Fix the column to the existing concrete slab - All tools, etc and remove all debris off site - Assess the levels of the corner and relevel corner if required
