Fixing up old Piles/Repiling

We have just bought this house, its a 3 bedroom house ~130sm. The building report indicates it would need re-piling. The concrete has not been raised high enough and there has been some natural spring water plus leaking pipes and many of the piles need replacing. We would like to get this work done but want to understand the size of the job. We are in no particular rush to get the job done but once we know the cost will lock that in for the work to be completed.
