We are probably going to purchase a property at 9 Latham street South Napier and the kitchen dining and bathroom area at the back of the house needs repiling. We are wanting to know how soon this work could be carried out and approx cost. It is all on flat land and guessing that the floorboards will need to be lifted ..the quote would need to include replacing with new floors ( lets say chipboard for now). Sorry time is not on our side so an answer as soon as possible would be amazing thankyou.
