Half of our houses outer concrete nib has moved due to creek wall partially failing, as far as we know our centre concrete piles are as they should be (some bending the flooring up where they are. There is a crack in the ground under the house and obvious cracks in the concrete nib around the house. The house is approx 2.5m from the creek. We have also posted a job for the creek wall work.
