Foundation Repair and strengthening

My property is based in Totara Height, Manukau, It was built in1987 on a sloppy, uneven ground. It has few minor cracks on the walls in the past, which I did not pay much attention to it. However, more cracks around the house recently then usual, and more creaky noise than usual during this winter which is unusal. Also has one door jam and one window can not be closed properly. Can someone come to the site to check and give some advise as to what need to be done to fix up the problems, and prevent it from getting worse, also the costs would be? Thank you Rosemary
