House built in 1980s with Hardie planks. Through the years, the load bearing posts have been settling as I've noticed. Now, I can see cracks of paint on the wall inside the house, nails popping out the beams, and beams separating from the walls slowly. Doors in the bathroom and the other room aren't opening and closing properly depending on the season. I'd appreciate who can repair the load bearing posts this time properly please. Was burnt 2 years ago when piles at the kitchen area had a re-piling and it didn't fix the floor level of the kitchen.
