Hello, my house is in need of a re pile due to sitting on original piles as well as bricks & whatever else has been thrown under there. It looks like it has dropped a considerable amount in places, so much so that someone has put a floor above the floor in the lounge to keep the floor flat I'm guessing. It has had a lean too extension built in the early 80's on a concrete slab which has also sank due to plumbing issues & very sloppy ground. Can this all be lifted & maybe a wood floor put where concrete is? What sort of damage would be expected to house when it's levelled? What if piles had already dropped when extension was built? How much does it usually cost to do piles & leave any finishing?
