We are looking to put a 12.5x3.9 (50sqm) house on wooden pile foundations, roughly 0.8m above ground level (Advanced Design is doing the Piling Plan). As we are getting CCC we will need a COW (Certificate of Works) for the piling/foundations. The site has a solid 4 meter wide metal driveway and the area where the house is to be located has been cleared (it is approx 1m above the metal driveway). There is no power at the site. Ideally we would be wanting to have the piling/foundations done in 4 to 6 weeks.
