hi, Laundry area floor is sagged. may be pile in the middle sagged. I need someone to open the floor and put spacer between pile and floor wooden beam and level the floor. I want to build a shower there, but plumber told me to level the floor first. There is no vinyl on floor and wooden board has screws, which can be opened easily.

Settlement to some piles has allowed this corner of the house to sink in the North east corner of the house. Rolling detected in the floor, particularly to the north-east corner. house is sitting on concrete piles and these are in average to fair condition with settlement to some piles leaving gaps between the bearers and piles which will require to be packed. The house is a ring beam with concrete piles. Needs Relevelling by jack and packing the piles and possible ring beam. Possible notching the bearers. looking for someone with experience doing this. I have not taken the levels. It does not have to get back to zero but just taking out the worst parts so that to eye it is all good. The condition of the bearers and piles are pretty good.
