Underfloor drainage foundation pile inspection

We bought this house in July and the pre-purchase builders inpestion highlighted maintanance needing to be done. Due to the recent very wet months I'm keen to have our foundations looked at for moisture and see if any work needs to be done with the drainage or foundation piles. The photo attached are from the builders report and contain more detail.
