I'm having the concrete ring foundation of my unit raised using resin injection and the people doing it said I may need the piles supporting the rest of the floor unwired and repacked if necessary. I'm wanting this work after the concrete has been raised, scheduled for some time early February. The unit is only 60 squares and only about half the wall distance is affected. I'm also considering having a groundsheet installed if the price is right.
