Replace piles and bearers

I need some bearers replaced at the front of my house. The house is close to the ground with the joists about 300-400 mm off dirt at the end that needs bearer replaced. The bearers are rotten for about 1 m max on each bearer. Bearers sitting on old concrete piles. Floor would probably need to be taken up to replace the bearers then put back down. Front of house is about 12m long possibly 8-9 bearers and piles. Do you need photos if so let me know of what and I can provide. Unsure of the cost as it may be a difficult job.
