We have purchased a 15m2 "pod" (cabin/unit) with a bathroom and kitchenette and need to have 6 piles installed to place the pod onto. I have a full foundation plan from the company. They recommend the piles go into "Good Ground" which needs to be determined. I would imagine it's clay here but can't be sure.
