Foundations, Piling, Leveling, Excavating, Retaining Wall

Our small 1950s house is at the toe of a hill and has some undermined piles as well as some rotting timbers from where a previous owner has left spoil under the house. It's up to a few degrees off level in places, we want that fixed too! We also want to excavate room for a laundry room underneath while it's being re-piled, and it will probably need a substantial retaining wall and maybe some underpinning. Also some other bits & pieces around the place. Looking for a cost effective but sound solution.
