Concrete foundation repair in lower hutt

- Lay slope concrete prevent water from wicking up around the foundation - Repair the cracks in the ring foundation - Replacing or repairing foundation vents to prevent rain intrusion (especially from driven northerly gust + rain) - Sections of soil along the ring foundation have been excavated to create additional storage space by previous owner. (Looking for a licensed builder to assess the area and determine any necessary corrective actions are needed.)
