Housing piles repair

I am in the process of purchasing a property that has some housing piles needing repair. I require a written quote of the cost to get this remedied. I would be looking for the work to be carried out end of Feb/beginning of March. If you are able to do a Builders Report for a housing purchase that would be a bonus.
