Fill a hole in concrete foundations

Previously, some ducting had been installed under floor at the house, and a hole was cut in the concrete ring foundation. This ducting has since been removed and I would like the hole in the ring foundation to be filled/repaired. The size of the hole is ~1.1m across by 0.45m high. Access is made awkward by the heat pump in front of the hole. The hole is currently blocked with a piece of ply which is easily removed.
