Replacing Totara Piles

We have recently purchased a house and have found out that half of the house is on the original totara piles. There is limited subfloor access, and due to the other house being an extension on concrete piles, we are unable to lift the house. We are looking for quotes to replace them, and imagine we may have to do the work in stages to make it more affordable.
