We have a 1960's 100m2 house on concrete piles. We have 2 lots of pile work which require re-levelling. 1. We have noticed that a corner of the house above the bathroom/laundry has slumped - likely to be caused by settlement (lack of drainage from rainwater running under this part of the house) which is noticeable. Work may require re-levelling of 3-4 piles along the outside of the house. 2. Also, we have 2-3 concrete piles that require 'jacking and packing' under our bedroom floor (EQ damage). We believe there is about a 300mm gap underneath the house (between ground level - floor level) to move. Lastly, there is a possibility of other renovation work (bathroom) in the future, which may appeal to a local tradesman. We look forward to hearing from you shortly
