Concrete foundation sitting on sand ( is two story bach) has a number of cracks in it. Foundation currently exposed as no floor or joists currently due to flood damage to previous wooden floor and supporting structures. Would like to know best approach to take with foundation as this influences what floor is best to install that is, concrete or wooden.
