We have a 1920s house in Tokomaru that has a wave in the floor and needs the issue sorted. Our building inspector has noted that the piles are new so doesn't know what the issue is. There is also water pooling underneath one part of the house so would be great to dig a drainage trench or figure out some solution at the same time.

Builder was extremely efficient and great to deal with. Got stuck into work straight away and solved the problem. Awesome communication and workmanship. Highly recommend !!
