floor sinking in one corner of kitchen

i assume its piles. kitchen sinks at one corner, and bit in our scullery. getting a new kitchen in soon and want floors even. want it checked to see if that could be the problem and a cost to fix. unable to get access to the piles tho without cutting up floor. it was an extention
