Cracked floor

We live in Melville. Our house is on a reasonably flat section. There is a crack that runs along the back two bedrooms, about a metre from the end of house. It runs along the length of bedroom and I think into the other bedroom. My partner looked under the house and confirmed that this part of the house is on piles. The floor is wooden. This end of house is very low to ground and minimal crawl space. It is also evident when you try to open the french doors that lead out to back of section from one of the bedroom. The main door has dropped.
