Retro fit piles and fix/replace bearer
Job description
We have a concrete slab that is not supported underneath our bath (see photo). A building inspector recommended piles should be retro fitted to support this and the weight of the bath. Also, some timber around the concrete slab has had some previous water damage and is starting to deteriorate, which will need to be treated or replaced. There is additionally one bearer that has rotted (other side of the house) and will also possibly need replacing.
