Im looking for a contractor in the pukekohe/pokeno/huntly areas to quote on the pile and subfloor construction of a 70sqm 2 bedroom dwelling (fixed price). Some geotech corrections/reinstate levels are also required but nothing major - can price on hrly rate for this. Depending on the price and building consent date work could start early Dec or mid January.
