Piles for retaining walls & placement of tank

The foundations posts for this project all need to be placed. The retaining walls (cladding) will be done by others. The work is as follows; An additional 30000 liter tank needs to be lifted into place. The area of placement requires minor leveling prior to placement. Four posts in 600mm holes at 1.2m required for retaining wall in front of new tank. There are five poles at 1.6m deep 600m dia requiring placement for the new lean too to the garage. Four posts are required 600mm deep at 300mm diameter for the new stairs off the verandah. 20 holes are required along the north face of the verandah. 10 are 600mm deep and 10 are 1m deep. All are 300mm dia or square if hand dug. All materials including concrete and pump will be be provided. Project is for the costs of the placement of digging of holes, placement of posts and overseeing placement of concrete. The existing carport is to be demolished. Waste can remain on site for later removal.
