Piles and sub-floor

We're going to be building a kitset home that is going through council (Waikato) right now. However, we like to get the foundations and sub-floor done by someone who knows what they're doing! The house is under 100 sqm plus a verandah and porch. We have the foundation design available. The piles will be wood encased in concrete, with two types of piles - 12 anchor piles and the rest. There are also supports for the verandah and porch roofs.
