Hello. This house is on a sloped section. A new retaining wall has just been constructed. Some foundation settling has occurred e.g the rear ranchslider has a 10mm gap at the top when closed. Im hoping some jacking and packing will sort that out now the slope is stable. Im not local but access can be easily arranged through the managing agent in Kaikohe. Please contact me for further info
