Re-piling and Re-leveling - Tainui Bungalow

I have a wooden bungalow in Tainui with certain parts in 3 rooms that need re-piling and re-leveling. There is crawl space under the house (insulation and polythene ground sheets have been installed previously), but happy for access to be made by removing floor boards. Joist/s in one room also needs replacing. Current piles are concrete as far as I'm aware.
